Written exams will be offered until 3:30 pm.

Driving tests can be scheduled between 9 am and 3 pm by calling the Driver's License station.

All money is prudently invested and totally insured and protected by the code of Iowa. The guidelines used are safety, liquidity, and maximum return for the public investment. These investments come from property taxes, state and federal monies, motor vehicle fees and other miscellaneous fees collected through other county offices.
The county Treasurer prepares and mails tax statements. The county Treasurer's Office collects property taxes for all taxing bodies. All taxes collected are apportioned and distributed each month to the taxing bodies.
