County Board of Supervisors
Present are
Supervisors Mardi Allen, Pam Jordan, Paul Johnson, Wayne Northey, and David
Gottsche, Chairperson.
The Pledge of
Allegiance was recited to open the meeting.
Time for the public
hearing on the proposed fiscal 2010 County Budget. Allen gave a power point presentation showing
a comparison of the expenditures and revenues. There being no written or oral
objections to the proposed budget, Chairperson Gottsche closed the hearing. Moved by Jordan, seconded by Northey to adopt
the proposed FY2010 budget as presented and published. All present voted aye.
Moved by Allen,
seconded by Jordan to approve the following claim at hand as listed on the
claims register dated March 16, 2009.
All voted aye.

Moved by Allen,
seconded by Jordan to approve the maintenance contract for Liebert Equipment
(power supply) in the courthouse. All
voted aye.
Moved by Northey,
seconded by Jordan to approve the renewal liquor license and outdoor services
area applications for Woodlyn Hills Golf Course and beer permit renewal
application for Vick’s Corner. All voted aye.
CPC Beth Will
present with the proposed Mental Health Management Plat for FY 2010-2013. Following brief discussion, it was moved by
Northey, seconded by Allen to approve and adopt the Mental Health Management
Plan for the Fiscal Years 2010-2013. All
voted aye.
There being no
further items for business presented before the Board, it was moved by Northey,
seconded by Allen to adjourn. All voted
aye.
