Present are Supervisors Mardi Allen,
Chairperson Dave Gottsche, Pam Jordan, Wayne Northey, Paul Johnson.
Time for the consideration of the
preliminary plat of an amendment to Driftwood Dwellings. Moved by Johnson, seconded by Allen to
approve the preliminary plat of Amendment to Driftwood Dwellings. AYES:
Johnson, Gottsche, Allen, Northey
NAY: Jordan
Time for the consideration of the
preliminary plat of Kelley’s beach Second Addition. Don Hemphill, representing the developers explained the plat
details. Moved by Allen, seconded by
Northey to approve the preliminary plat of Kelley’s Beach Second Addition. All voted aye.
Moved by Allen, seconded by Johnson to
approve the final acceptance of Project No. SBRC-CO30—8D-30, aka Little Sioux
Church Bridge and prepare for project audit.
All voted aye.
Moved by Northey, seconded by Allen to
approve the recommendation to allow the City of Lake Park and the Harris-Lake
Park Community School District to place the appropriate traffic control device,
which is in compliance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devised at
the new school crosswalk location. All
voted aye.
Board reviewed the job description for the
IT position. Moved by Jordan, seconded
by Northey that the board proceeds with the sub-committee’s recommendation of a
job description in advertising for the position in the next seven to ten
days. All voted aye.
