representing Messengers of Healing Winds, present wants a timeframe for the
completion of the Nature Center construction project. The Nature Center received a grant from the

Kathy Everett
present with an update on Corridor activities.
The board has a rezoning
request from Greg Tritle to rezone Lot 1, Plat of T & W Addition from A-1
to R-1. The property is zoned
agricultural and owner wished to sell and thinks an R-1 zoning would allow for
the sale and still maintain the rural area atmosphere. Following discussion, it was moved by Allen,
seconded by Northey to concur with the zoning commission and rezone Lot 1 T
& W Addition, from A-1 to R-1. Roll
call vote: Allen-aye, Northey-aye,
Jordan-nay, Johnson-nay, Gottsche-nay.
Motion failed—property not to be rezoned.
There being no further agenda items before
the board, it was moved by Allen, seconded by Northey to adjourn. All present voted aye.
