The Dickinson
County Board of Supervisors conducted a workshop on March 14, 2007 at 1:30 P.M.
in the basement of the church property owned by
Clark
Reekers of Reeker’s Cleaning Service & Roger Gilbert reviewed issues in the
courthouse: Reekers had been alerted to additional leaking from the ceiling of 2nd
floor hallway. His research revealed
that cooling coils in the equipment room on the roof level had froze &
cracked. McHan is researching the
cause. The coil unit will have to be
replaced. After covering the issues
discussed at the last workshop, the group decided to tour the building and view
the jail area, the generator, the cooling coils, the roof and the light
fixtures.
