Dickinson County Board of Supervisors

March 20, 2006

Present are Supervisors, Mardi Allen, Paul Johnson, Pam Jordan and Wayne Northey. Chairperson David Gottsche is present telephonically.

County Engineer present. Moved by Jordan, seconded by Northey to approve a contract in the amount of $3,724,326.66 from Tri-States Paving, formerly Rohlin Construction, of Estherville, Iowa, for the five tied Hot Mix Asphalt projects on the east side of Big Spirit Lake, said projects involve road closures and signed detours as per the traffic control plan in project Numbers: FM-CO30(29), STP-S-CO30 (30), LFM-570 and L-580, and to approve the bond from Liberty Mutual Insurance Company of Boston, MA. All voted aye.

There being no further business presented before the board, it was moved by Allen, seconded by Jordan to adjourn. All present voted aye.
